The ear piece fits snuggly in the ear for a comfortable fit. It was an easy set up and I love the long charging life of the case. It’s been 2 months of daily use and I haven’t had to charge the case once. The noise cancelling feature works well during my subway commute.

Although my shipping took a little bit longer to get here with this pair that I bought compared to the last ones I bought a few years ago it's a small price to pay for the amazing, wonderful product that is the Mifo headphones! When it says they won't fall out of your ear they really mean it! And honestly the biggest draw for me personally is the ambient setting. It plays your music while also able to find the sound around you so you can be aware. Being somebody who walks home from my closing shift at work regularly that is a big safety feature for me and I'm absolutely in love with them would spend hundreds of dollars for these headphones but luckily I only had to spend about $100 LOL

After some initial glitches relating to taps to control functions - found this interfered with synching and meant for some time I thought I'd broken the damn earbuds!
The quality of the earbuds and the sound have really suprised me as I had some Samsung earbuds previously and these are miles better than those.
Also, worth noting was the fit in my ears - excellent and now no longer worry about them falling out.
On my wish list would be app to access controls and assess battery charge etc would be excellent.

These were for my granddaughter and I assume they were what she wanted because I haven’t heard back from her.
I had a bit of delay with my purchase, I did contact them and they sorted out. This is the only reason I don't give 5 stars. The head phones works really nice, sound is good and they don't fall when you ran or jump.
