Shipping and Delivery Time

We make every effort to ship your parcel on the same business day in which it was ordered. However, in some situations parcels are shipped the following business day. Our estimated delivery time for free shipping options are between 3 and 5 days. Due to recent global events, deliver times may be periodically extended due to overburdened parcel carriers.

Free standard shipping is offered to addresses within the United Kingdom. Other countries in Europe may incur an additional shipping fee. Mifo UK is not responsible for customs and import duties or fees that may be imposed on individual orders in countries outside of the United Kingdom.

14-Day Product Return Policy

Following The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the goods. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them. DVDs, CDs, memory cards and software packaging discs must still be sealed. If you want to return a Software Product Activation Key card which is not faulty, the silver strip on the back of the card must be fully intact as new.

If Your Product IS Defective: Defective or Unopened 21-Day Product Return Policy

At Mifo, we strive to hit the mark on the every order. If your product is defective or has not been opened (meaning the shrink wrap seal is intact), we make it easy for you to return within 21 days of purchase. Simply contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. You'll need to return item(s) to our UK-based returns center before we issue a full refund. Our returns team will provide you with detailed instructions upon approval of the return request.

Refunds and Returns Rules and Restrictions

These are Mifo's (“Mifo”, “we” or “our”) Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the mifo.co.uk website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

Returns for refund are not subject to a restocking fee.

We strive to offer the lowest prices possible on quality products. However, there may be times when lower prices exist for the same goods on other on and offline retailers. We do not offer price matching or authorize returns based on customers finding a lower price for the same or similar goods. We encourage all customers to do thorough price comparison research before making a purchase.

All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened can be returned to Mifo within 21 days for a full refund. Once we have inspected the returned goods we will issue a full refund. Products that are received by Mifo in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased directly from mifo.co.uk.
  • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
  • Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Refund returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected.
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage.
  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate or displays an online sale price or rebate at the time of purchase.
  • Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

We rely on major parcel delivery services to complete all deliveries to our customers. We do not require signature upon delivery, and the delivery person may leave the parcel in a secure location such as a patio, porch, or doorstep. All deliveries are documented with photographic and GPS proof of delivery with date and timestamp. Upon documented delivery we consider our obligation to you fulfilled.

  • You may request a signed delivery or that our selected deliver carrier not leave your item in a secure area. Please email support@mifo.co.uk with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order.
